<p> Most of us have spent a fortune on all the must have muscle gainers and lean mean cutting supplements, only to be unhappy with the results we are getting.  For people who have been body building for a while, you know exactly what I&#8217;m talking about.  </p>
<p> Not too long back, I became one of the lucky ones.  I learned the secrets to simply building huge amounts of lean muscle very quickly, and I need to pass some of that information on to you so that you too can be &#8220;one of the lucky ones.&#8221;</p>

<p> Tips to increase muscle quickly:</p>
<p> &#8211; Work hard but not long:</p>
<p> If you work your muscle hard ( keep a high intensity ) but do not overwork them, you will cause them to grow, though not make them so tired that you slow the process of recovery.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Eat Protein and carbohydrates:</p>
<p> Don&#8217;t cut carbs, especially post workout.  Your muscles need carbs and protein in order to rebuild after each exercise.  Give them the fuel they need , particularly shortly after you leave the gym.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Compound Exercises:</p>
<p> Do more compound exercises rather than targeting precise muscles.  This will help to build your muscle groups at once, instead of each group one at a time.  This will also add muscle groups together, making them work in conjunction with one another, something you won&#8217;t get with isolation exercises.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Use Free Weights:</p>
<p> Using free weights will force your muscle to work harder to stabilise the weights where machines do the stabilization for you.  Stabilizing the weights while you lift will make you gain much more muscle quicker than if you are using a locked down machine.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Drink Water:</p>
<p> You need to be hydrated if you need your muscles to grow.  Ensure you are drinking plenty of water whenever you are exercising to add muscle.  </p>

It is no secret that majority of health issues happen due to unhealthy food habits and lack of exercise. Health obesity issues crop up due to lack of physical exercises to burn the excess calorie intake.</p>
<p> Sadly, while more than half a population of kids starve to death or are food deprived, there s another fraction of kids that suffer from obesity epidemic due to excessive consumption of food. Thus far, and surprisingly not many people have though of over eating as a health hazard. A common denomination for bad food habits start from parents and it gets passed down to kids who also end up being obese.</p>
<p> Health obesity issues were not considered very serious back in the day but from recently, doctors, parents and even children have become aware of its implication. Researchers predict that we are likely to experience health obesity issues due to an overweight generation. Imagine a world in which all young people suffer from one chronic condition or another? What if the mortality rate of premature deaths increases? How would that affect the current young generation s children in another decade to come?  Are we about to see a world with orphans or maybe a world without any children at all?</p>
<p> According to a research more than 300,000 Americans pass away each year due to health obesity related causes; the more overweight a person is the more at risk he/she may be.  Similarly, heart diseases such as heart attacks, congestive heart failure, angina, chest pain are the common culprits that cause death in many people who are at risk from health obesity.</p>
<p> Health obesity also ruptures psychological well being by hampering one&#8217;s self esteem. Many over-weight individuals try to pretend that they are happy but deep inside they d either suffer from low self esteem or feel bad about eating. On another ground, they may neglect themselves where they would keep on eating although they know that overweight will bring forth health issues.  There is another type of health obesity sufferers who take up excessive eating in order to combat depression. But sadly, over eating is by no means an answer to depression.</p>
