Jonathan L asked:

First off ill introduce myself names Jonathan, I’m 15 I’v been training for a marathon for some time now and we are at mile 14, at the start we weren’t suppose to change are diet in any way but now i feel since we are half way through the marathon it would be a good time start changing, My first question is what is the difference between whole-WHEAT and whole-GRAIN, from what i know whole grains contain more fiber and digest slower, but im not sure for whole-wheat correct me if im wrong, and whats the best for me whole grain or whole wheat if i want to be having a long term fuel boost in over periods of weeks that will help me have more energy throughout the day? Also can someone provide me with a site that has some recipes for good sports nutrition for marathoning, And foods that will help me in the long term aspect?
Ah sorry to confuse you guys but I don’t want to loose weight infact I could probably stand to gain a few pounds, im thinking more about nutrition when I say diet sorry about that. I’m talking about a daily food routine that will be loaded with the right carbohydrates for me.

You should eat regularly 1/2 kill grams with milk daily . It is all and you will quite fit for marathon race.
