period question, diet/sports (read)?

okay so i got my period last january and it was normal. It came again in February, and it was normal. and since then its been irregular skipping months and only for a day or two.

Then i was on a website reading about anorexic people and symptoms. And it said brittle nails, mood swings, irregular periods, and a couple other things that i have. I’m not anorexic at all i actually love eating. But i know i don’t get my full amount of veggies and nutrition because of my busy schedule.

So do you think my period is irregular because of my lack of healthy eating? What should i do to help it? I heard estoblend help regulate periods should i try that?

Also i know your going to suggest eating right and i eat the best i can with at least two big meals, but I’m vegetarian so my dad hates cooking for me and i don’t have time to make nutritious meals.

(by the way: I’m 5″2 and 103 pounds so I’m average, and i take vitamins to make up for my meatless diet)
If im still having problems i have my physical every november so ill talk to the doctor then.

and im 15 if that matters. and i do cheerleading for my highschool like 5 days a week for sports sometimes track.

    your right it could be your diet. it could also be a genetic thing sometimes irregular periods run in the family so ask. to regulate besides better eating habits i’d say try birth control pills they regulate your period quickly. && sometimes girl athletes have fewer periods than non-active girls anyway so that could be the cause but yeah i say try birth control.hope i helped
