Who doesn't want to know about how to get bigger arms quick and easy? However, quick and easy are relative, at best. We all wish they refer to something absolute, right?
Still, you can do it by sticking to the basic principles and not getting distracted by all the hoopla and hype from con artists and fast-talking so-called experts peddling wonder workouts and machines who just want a piece of your wallet.
The most fundamental thing to remember is that there is little else you can do about getting bigger arms except by doing the right exercises and eating the right muscle building food.
There are those who seem to think that after training your arms for a day or a week they'll grow by themselves even without feeding them properly. You'll have to keep those muscles that you train well fed if you want them to increase in mass. There is simply no other way to do it.
Select nothing but natural supplements and food items of exceptional quality. You'll stay in good shape with a balanced diet that's high in protein. Take lots of water and nourishing fluids with none of those unnecessary chemicals for cleansing, and you should be in business.
Now, on to the training bit, which, despite all the existence of fancy machines and methods, really just boils down to getting the right amount of intense workout that drives those muscles almost to the limit of their capacity, and then allowing them adequate time for recovery and rebuilding.
It's not all training and pumping without rest and recovery. You should give those arms a chance to rebuild and recharge. The alternating stress and recovery phase will induce in them the so-called training effect, make them strong and bulky to adapt to the repetitive cycle of workouts and rebuilding.
The right exercise selection is what it's all about. Don't be taken in by the smokescreen fads and fancy name movements, and just stick with the tested and proven reliable movements for working with the heaviest weights possible without bothering with wasteful actions.
Compound movements like the old reliable bicep curls and dips remain the most popular and effective ways to get bigger arms. If you wish to perform other actions, nobody's stopping you, just don't neglect these big movements.
Remember: Train with an appropriate weight that allows you to reach your limit in 4-8 reps. Using heavy resistance and low rep counts puts muscles under the kind of stress that leads to the rebuilding of more fibers, leading to rapid muscle growth.
From experience, bodybuilders say the focus of arm workouts should be free weight exercises. But that's not to say you should avoid machines or bodyweight exercises, just that they should not be the primary focus of your training.
In response to the question of how to get bigger arms quick and easy, the answer is to simply work out with more sets and lower repetitions. Even though it's hardly easy or quick, depending on how you look at it, that's one sure way to get the results you want.
